Send us a text

Nissa Cohen in a no-nonsense Level 3 CrossFit Coach and co-owner of CrossFit Kinesis.

Nissa and Sam discuss multiple topics including; where she falls on the cowboy/egghead spectrum, coaching, return to play classes, misconceptions of CrossFit, her career ambition as a youngster where she drops a bomb shell, her career path, what makes her a good coach, and how the pandemic brought the importance of fitness to higher awareness.

Sam even temporarily stumps Nissa by asking if he would make a good CrossFit Coach.
